To ensure the best service possible, we kindly ask for all clients to check appointment availability before the purchase of any vouchers. Essence is not responsible for any bought vouchers or coupons. If you are unable to reach us on our spa phone please send us an email via the contact tab and we will reach you as soon as possible.  Due to a high volume of calls and voice mails you will receive a call within 48 hours. Any calls received without a voicemail attached will not receive a call back. To ensure appointment date and time desired it's best to book 2 weeks in advance. 

No coupon or vouchers will be accepted on couple packages. May only be applied to individual services only. 

a $15 upgrade charge is applied to any therapeutic, deep work during massage.

Our spa is small and we love the personal approach this brings for each of our clients. Our spa can only accommodate 4 people at any given time upon therapist availability.
