If you have already purchased a voucher: We still REQUIRE a credit/debit card on file to hold your appointment. Please see "Policies" tab.

Thank you for purchasing or inquiring a purchase through one of the coupon websites. The Fine Print

Vouchers expire 120 days after purchase. Appointment is required. We do urge you to call us in advance before the purchase of any vouchers to ensure availability for requested dates. Our cancellation policies do apply. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. 


  • Any unredeemed voucher may be refunded within the first three days of purchase. You must contact your seller directly. Essence Day Spa has no affiliation with purchase information of sellers. 
  • If you purchase a voucher and we are unable to book your desired dates/times due to availability, your seller will refund your purchase. Inform them you were unable to book due to availability. 

Rules & Restrictions

  • (1) One voucher per person. May use an additional as a gift. If you have already gifted an additional and have purchased multiple vouchers you have the option to have your extras refunded by seller or you may pay the difference in cost of the service provided. 


We ask that you contact Essence Day Spa before the purchase of any vouchers to ensure desired availability. Although sellers can't guarantee specific times or dates, as long as you make your appointment with Essence Day Spa before your voucher expires, you can book for any available date; even if the appointment is after your voucher's expiration.

Upon booking please state that you have purchased a voucher or intend to purchase a voucher and which specific voucher. If you have purchased a voucher please have your "voucher number" or "redemption code" ready, we will redeem the voucher at time of booking. The voucher number/redemption code contains No letters and No dashes. Generally located underneath the barcode when selecting "view voucher". 

*To accommodate your desired appointment a Credit Card IS required at the time of booking (even if you have already purchased a voucher) to guarantee your appointment. This information is held as part of our Cancellation Policy. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
