Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's policies. 

How to properly contact the spa to make changes/cancel your appointment:

  1. If you call (843-839-0841) and the voicemail picks up, you MUST leave a clear, detailed, voicemail.

(please utilize these at ANY hour of the day)

  • NO CALL NO SHOW: What this means is: We were available, You were not. We did not hear from you and were unable to give your reserved appointment to another Client. When this happens, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.
  • 24 HOUR POLICY: You have up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.
  • UNDER 24 HOUR SCHEDULING: If you have scheduled an appointment that is less than 24 hours, you have until 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel/reschedule. Anything within the 5 hours of your scheduled time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.


When you book an appointment with us you are affirming that you have read, understand, and respect our policies and staff. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason.

  •  All services require a valid bank card when booking (even if you have a Gift Certificate/Card). Do NOT attempt to put your Gift Card information in when Online Booking even though the option is there. It will not go through. We will redeem Gift Card at time of service. 
  • Your card will be charged at time of booking.
  • If you have a gift card, your bank card will be refunded when you arrive for your services and the gift card is retrieved.
  • Please inform us at time of booking of the following:
  1. Preference of male or female massage therapist
  2. Pregnant
  3. Any sensitivities or allergies



In order to ensure your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far as in advance as possible. Weekends are recommended to book 3-4 weeks in advance.


Check In

We ask that you please wait in your vehicle/outside until 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. The door will be opened at appropriate time-please do not knock or bang on the door.


LATE ARRIVALS: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. 

Upon arrival, please use a quiet spa voice. Our clients are here for a peaceful and quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Cell Phones

Please turn your electronic devices to silent mode upon arrival and speak in a soft spa voice. We value the peace and quiet our guests come to our spa to help disconnect and relax. 

Privacy Policy

All information provided on massage and facial intake forms is completely confidential and to be used only for the analysis during the time of your services. 

Unaccompanied Minors/Children

We do not allow any extra guests in the spa or in the treatment rooms. Any guests not receiving treatments must wait in their vehicle/outside. We do not allow any children, toddlers, or even the quietest babies in the spa. This policy is implemented to preserve the relaxation of other guests in the building. 

Loyalty Cards

Discount offerings on Loyalty Cards may NOT be combined with the purchase of any package, coupon, code, or pre-discounted services such as combination services or specials.
