Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's policies. 


 All services require a credit card when booking (even if you have a previous purchased Voucher or Gift Certificate). Please have your credit card ready. Your card will not be charged at time of booking unless a balance or rescheduling fee is owed. 


Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. This information is held as part of our Cancellation Policy. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to and respecting our policies.

In order to ensure your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far as in advance as possible. Weekends are recommended to book 3 weeks in advance.


Please inform the spa when booking your appointment if you are pregnant or of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas when you schedule your appointment. If you have a specific preference such as male/female or request of massage therapist, please inform us first, when booking. 

  • Less than 24 hours of notice & Same Day Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service.


  • Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.


  • A Rescheduling Fee will be applicable if looking to reschedule missed appointment time. The Rescheduling fee is $25 and will be charged at time of rebooking. 



We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. 

Check In

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out appropriate paperwork. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. 

Upon arrival, please use a quiet spa voice. Our clients are here for a peaceful and quiet relaxing atmosphere.

What to Expect

  • As you arrive you will be greeted by one of our team members. We ask that you arrive approximately 5-1o minutes early to fill out any new paperwork, use the restroom, or go over any changes to your health history.
  • Your designated practitioner will greet you and bring you back to their designated treatment room. Here they will go over your Intake form, any questions you have and what you would like to achieve out of the session then step out of the room for you to change.
  • We ask that you please "dress down to your comfort level". This means that you will undress to what you are comfortable, for example, some are comfortable in their undergarments and others are comfortable fully disrobed. You will be completely covered under a sheet and light blanket throughout your session. The only area exposed will be the area your practitioner is working on. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for any misconduct. 
  • After your session is over, your practitioner will step out of the room and wait for you to re-open the door. They will give you a refreshing glass of water, go over any questions or goals for you and walk you to the front feeling better than ever.

Please turn your electronic devices to silent mode upon arrival and speak in a soft spa voice. We value the peace and quiet our guests come to our spa to help disconnect and relax.
