Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's policies. 


 All services require a credit card when booking (even if you have a previous purchased Voucher or Gift Certificate/Card). Please have your credit card ready. Your card will not be charged at time of booking unless a balance or rescheduling fee is owed. *subject to pre-payment online booking changes. 



Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. This information is held as part of our Cancellation Policy.


When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to and respecting our policies.

In order to ensure your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far as in advance as possible. Weekends are recommended to book 3 weeks in advance.


Please inform the spa when booking your appointment if you are pregnant or of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas when you schedule your appointment. If you have a specific preference such as male/female or request of massage therapist, please inform us first, when booking. 

How to properly contact the spa regarding issues with your appointment:

  1. If you call (843-839-0841) and the voicemail picks up, you MUST leave a clear, detailed, voicemail.

  • NO CALL NO SHOW: What this means is: We were available, You were not. We did not hear from you and were unable to give your reserved appointment to another Client. When this happens, your card on file will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services.
  • 24 HOUR POLICY: You have up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.
  • UNDER 24 HOUR SCHEDULING: If you have scheduled an appointment that is less than 24 hours, you have until 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel/reschedule. Anything within the 5 hours of your scheduled time frame, your card on file will be charged half the amount of your scheduled services.


When you book an appointment with us you are affirming that you have read, understand, and respect our policies and staff. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason. 



Check In

We ask that you please wait in your vehicle/outside until 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. The door will be opened at appropriate time-please do not knock or bang on the door.


LATE ARRIVALS: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. 

Upon arrival, please use a quiet spa voice. Our clients are here for a peaceful and quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Cell Phones

Please turn your electronic devices to silent mode upon arrival and speak in a soft spa voice. We value the peace and quiet our guests come to our spa to help disconnect and relax. 

Privacy Policy

All information provided on massage and facial intake forms is completely confidential and to be used only for the analysis during the time of your services. 

Unaccompanied Minors/Children

We do not allow any extra guests in the spa or in the treatment rooms. Any guests not receiving treatments must wait in their vehicle/outside.
