If you have had any vaccines/boosters/shots, you a required to wait 72hrs before receiving any services.

* Reason being: You want whatever they put in you to stay where it is supposed to, for it to do whatever it was made to do. Massage and Facial techniques will displace that, so please reschedule.

We will NOT ask for any vaccine information/cards unless you have had a shot in the last 72hrs and we ask you respect us in the same manner.

Masks are to your level of comfort. If you would prefer your provider to wear one while in the room, please kindly request.

When you arrive for your appointment:

Please wait in your vehicle (or outside if no vehicle) until

5 MINUTES before your scheduled time. Door will remain closed until then.

Please read carefully:

Wait outside/in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your appointment time. Spa door will remain closed until then. Do NOT bang/knock on door.
No guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment, we can not have anyone lingering in the lobby.
No gloves are to be worn inside the building. Please properly discard before entering.
As you enter, please sanitize your hands. Sanitizer is located directly to your left as you enter.
Masks are strongly recommended while in the spa and face up during your session-if you do not have one and would like one, 1 mask will be provided.
Please be aware of our Cancellation Policies. If you think you could be sick or might not be feeling well, please go ahead and reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment electronically by going to your Confirmation Email. -Receiving a massage at the onset of illness can make you feel worse.
